The Main Idea
Your pet may undergo surgery at some time in his or her life. Surgery is sometimes necessary due to trauma, illness, or disease. There are also elective procedures, such as a spay or neuter, that you may choose for your pet based on medical recommendations. Any surgical event will most likely be stressful for both you and your pet, but we will do everything we can to reduce the risk of post-op complications and help your pet recover comfortably. You will always receive detailed discharge instructions that discuss what you need to do at home after your pet has had surgery. If you have questions or concerns about your pet’s progress, we are here seven days a week to assist you.
